When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order shipping timelines vary by product. You can find the estimated shipping window in the product description. Please note that if you order in-stock items with a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order is ready.
What is your return policy for clothing?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs fees and import duties.
How should I care for my iam8bit screen-printed tees?
To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and tumbling dry on low heat or hanging to dry.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
